Immersion Research Rival Dry Top

Bought it, but it is to small. It's a size medium, brand new with tags, Nautical Blue. I'm 5'11" 186 and it's a little tight to be comfortable. 165.00 firm

Is it too short, or just too tight?   I'm 6 foot,  155. I am slender, but my arms and torso are not short.

is it short or long sleeve?

It's not short, but just right until you have to twist to reach the back of a yak or extend your arms. My arms are pretty long. It fits just right, but no room for comfortable movement.
