Driving back I took a few pics of possible take out location  for the upper Kenai River. Looks inviting!!!

Jim's was plowed. But a berm to the river would make it a tad harder. Lots of light pan and slush ice.

Thanks so much for posting these Rudy.  That river is beckoning to me. I'm thinking I'll try it on Friday, if all of my other responsibilities permit it. 

Such a beautiful weekend this was. Glad to see you got out to enjoy it.

I've been seeing some nice rainbows come out of the kenai lately!
