April 13TH Drano Lake alternative

Unfortunately i can't make it to Drano, so i've Been doing some research on the springer fishing in my area. I found out there isn't a spring fishery in the Coos system for Chinook.

So i called some tackle shops in Reedsport and people are catching chinook up at the Scottsburg park area on the Umpqua. I'm gonna do some recon today and see what the conditions are, hopefully talk to some fishermen and get the skinny on the bite.

Anyway, If the conditions are doable thinking about giving it a try on the 13th while you guys are killing it at Drano, I can't let you guys rack up some Salmon without doing something about it. If anyone wants to go, let me know..
