Brads luck continues Kinged in May

We're out jigging up some dabs for halibut bait and Brads into a nice resident King on a trout rod with 12# test. Of course it's C&R from a knotless net, after all the King opener is 3 months away. I've fished this area for 10 years, once in a while I'll get an early season King in late June or July...but never in May.

Can't wait to see what he'll pull up next, they say it comes in 3's.

Brad, you need to buy a lotto ticket. Like now.

I bought two lottery tickets when I got home on Saturday.  I thought I might get struck by lightning yesterday being out on the water.  No such luck.

A lot more than you'd think...but that doesn't make for a very interesting report.

The best thing about a fisherman's mind is he/she can forget all those skunked days, almost like they never happened, and just remember the highlights.
