Paddlesport Safety Class June 1, 2013 - Newport

Has anyone taken this class offered by the USCG Auxilliary?

Bring a friend and spend next Saturday, June 1st, at the beach learning paddle craft safety from a certified ACA Coasal Kayak Instructor who is also a member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. Sounds like a good idea!  I've never heard of it, but I'm sure there's a lot to learn.
