Haven't been lurking long, but I found really good information here about what to wear for safety for kayaking in this area so I decided to register. I've been kayak fishing on the East Coast since the mid 90's and from canoes since the late 80's but not much in cold water. I currently have a Native Ultimate 12, which is good for still water, but I'm considering a more sea-worthy craft for some rockfish, lings and dungies and maybe salmon because I love fishing the saltwater. I'll probably need a buddy, but I don't know if I can trust you guys with secret spots yet  ;)
Relax. You'll live longer.
