Monsanto Lake?

Ok guys...fess up! There has to be some genetically modified trout and salmonoid stock pond that I don't know about. These recent AOTY catches are ruining my life! I'm losing sleep over this.
It just seems crazy that so many giant fish are being caught by the same people. I'm not going to name drop. The guilty parties know damn well who they are!
So where is this Monsanto Lake?!
