My name is Mike and I live on the Southern Oregon coast. Found this site not long ago while looking for information on kayak rigging and have found it a wealth of great info. Here's a pic of my largest ling so far from my kayak. 27lbs and 41 inches long, it towed me around for 30 minutes. It tucked itself in the rocks for about fifteen minutes and I had to give it some slack line three to four different time until she swam out. Caught on a white lead flutter fish in 50ft of water on a 8'6 med action ugly stick.

On windows, right click on the file and click on rotate clockwise (or counterclockwise) till you got it right side up ;)
