Hello from East Vancouver/Camas/Washougal

Hello all.  I'm new to kayak angling but been in boats lifelong.  Looking forward to exploring the PNW via kayak and doing a little fishing too.  Met IslandHoppa, we share a bayou state background and both know what a pirogue is,  at LaCamas Lake yesterday and had a great visit about this forum and figured I could come learn a bit.  Looking forward to learning a bit and making a few friends. 

Have an Old Town Loon but have a Native Redfish Angler 12 on the way.   

Anyone every duck hunt out of their yak?

 lots of members down your way. be friendly, honest ,and ask for help when/if you need it. Lots of very experienced  folks close to your location that can help get you started and keep you pointed into the wind.

Matt, great to meet you at Round Lake. Way to get on the perch with the fly rod. Lets get back out with the bass poppers and catch us some "green trout" and sac-a-lait!
