Maybe I missed it somewhere in this thread, but will the Jadester be joining us for the festivities this weekend? I sure freaking hope so. I don't recall seeing his name on the roster.

Unless he's changed his mind in the last couple of weeks we won't be getting the verbal Ch. 4 this weekend.  Not sure why he wasn't planning to come.

can you use salmon carcasses for crab bait in Oregon?  if so I will bring the two carcasses plus lots of salmon bellies and some refrozen herring I caught in Crescent City.

Salmon left overs work very well, but it is an open invite for sea lions to shred your gear.

The sea lions are that bad?  I usually use the round rebar sports pots.
