Hello everyone,

I'm Alex. I'll be moving back to the NW here in about a week after I separate the Air Force.
Just need to find a couple hobies for my little brother and I before I join your ranks :)

i too am new to kayak fishing.  still waiting on my kayak to get here...shipped from L.A. two weeks ago, been stuck in a transit wearhouse since.  If your near the NW corner of Oregon, i'll be looking for a fishing partner - will most likely start off hitting near by lakes, working my way into the columbia and ocean as gear/ability permits.

Thanks Noah!

I'm close to Eugene crabbycabby, but when I get around to it I'd definitely hit the Columbia and ocean with you.

Alex,

If you haven't found a couple of Hobies yet I may have a couple for sale.  Outbacks with all the upgrades and options that were available in 08 I think.  Let me know if you are interested. I am in the Seattle area but am planning to be down around Oregon City this Friday.  Not 100% sure what they are worth, but would like to get $3K for the pair one has a GPS/FF and battery set up.

We didn't use them much as we adopted a bird dog the same year and the two activities don't go together well.

mrprohde,

New member here.   Longtime NW fisherman (From bank and Sled) and just sold the gas guzzler:)   Just stating to look for an outback.   I am in portland.  I am only in the market for one so if you can let me know what you have (if they are still available) I might be interested.

P.S.   Is there a way to post directly to a member.  Like personal message on other formums?

Thanks,

tboat

tboat, click on their name.  Then, under action, you'll see an option to send a PM.
