Scupper pros rock!!

Unlike most SOTs made nowadays it paddles very well, its a blast in the surf w/ thigh straps and its extremely light for a plastic kayak. It doesn't have much room for rigging, so its meant for the minimalist kayak angler but what it lacks in deck space it more than makes up for in efficiency and handling IMO.

Frankly I wish there were more sit on tops with similar performance to the scupper pro instead of the countless wide, heavy and slow models that are flooding the market.

'Squatch,
I'm not even gonna speculate. I will tell you that for that price, yes you could get 2-3 of those boats, and just those boats, but it may be that the seller is asking the aggregate of everything in the package. Just don't know.

Hmmmm.... mebbe i did speculate a little bit... :icon_scratch:

lol   I see your point. Even as a package it seems high.....but then again, Dont we all just look at the initial entry costs but are afraid to add up all other costs for gear for fear of "sticker shock" ? I know I do. :o
