I'm looking for a Sunday 9/1 fishing meetup. Willing to travel anywhere within about 1.5 hrs of Hillsboro that my OR licence is valid.
Hoping to target salmon with someone experienced on fall run, as I'm new to that, and my other plan fell through. Have all safety gear, except no VHF radio yet, or pacific coast surf launch experience yet (but I want to learn).
If I end up choosing location It'll be freshwater for bass, and anyone is welcome to meet up with me for that.
If you're interested in a fishing partner tomorrow, please give me a PM/shout here.

Tight Lines Everyone!

I may try for walleye, bass, and panfish on the Willamette tomorrow evening

craig,
I was also thinking of fishing the Willamette for smallmouth, and trying upriver from where I've fished before.  The farthest up I've launched so far was George Rogers.  Where are you thinking of launching from?

Sorry I didn't get a chance to post sooner.  My kids wanted me to take them swimming so I got  diverted.  I was going to try a spot that I rarely fish but had walleye.  I may try it tomorrow night if you are interested.

I usually launch from George Rogers park and fish north of there.
