I love to fish, and im finally going to buy a kayak. Researching all the equipment needed for PC/ Depoe bay. On a small budget

I'd suggest then looking for an older Ocean Kayak brand boat, like the Prowler or Trident.  You should be able to get the tupperware for under $500.  There's paddles that are workable for probably under $50 used if you look around for a while.  Immersion gear will probably be as much as the boat though.
