Columbus Day At PC (10/14/2013)

In the fashion of Columbus, (minus the enslaving of people and wiping out native tribes) I was going to set sail to the west of PC for a voyage off-shore of no more than a mile or so.  My goal is to stock up the freezer with some delicious bottom fish so the Queen and I can feast on curry, tacos, etc... during the rainy months ahead.  Anybody else interested?  Sunrise is at 7:30ish.  My goal is to be there somewhere close to that time.  Hopefully, I get a few crabs as well.

Trip cancelled. I need to take the dog to the vet.

She has been wearing the cone of shame around her neck for a few days but the growth on her foot isn't healing so they want to remove it and were able to get her in today.  I guess I will do yard work and dream of fishing. Maybe I will try the mouth of the Tualatin for coho later.

She finally barked for the first time the other day.  I think she discovered it amplifies it.  We also get better TV reception.
