Where were you guys fishing?  We were in Tillamook and fished near the Ghost hole.  We thought about the west channel by the Tillamook River, but it looked like a zoo.

Tillamook bay. Out at the tips. It was a zoo everywhere

That is one heck of a haul.  Except for the first 5 minutes of fishing, it was real slow where we were.  I didn't see a single powerboat hookup.

This was my friend PB. Wanted to go kayak but the crowd was huge and really wanted to hook up my nephew with a fish. First the ghost hole and then the tips at the jetty.. Had 2 on at the ghost hole lost them and then landed the 5 at the tips.

Not a lot of PB's hooking up but there were 100+ and we were getting a lot of looks especially by the ones who were moving into the area we were hooking up and could not hook up, but we did when we set in right behind them. It got so bad that after the 3rd fish we were kind of pushed out to the outside and then started hooking up there two. My friend is a kind and generous person and will not get aggressive. Just very courteous. I think it was because him and I netted garbage out of the bay as other boats passed it by.  Just one of those good days we all will have!
GOOD CARMA.

That is one of my favorite techniques.
