Boat and fishing shows

Would appreciate any information on Fishing and Boat shows coming up in the NW where kayaks and associated gear are displayed and featured. Great to get a hands on demo, before making the big purchase on chartplotter/Fishfinders etc.

Seattle's Boat Show & WA NW Sportsman's Show are at the end of January.  I'll be working the Hobie booth at the Sportsman's show along with doing a couple kayak fishing bsics seminars throughout the week.  I'm sure Portland has something similar. http://www.thesportshows.com/wss/

Look for a very large Hobie exhibit at the WA Sportsman's show in Puyallup this year. It will be the same Hobie exhibit used at this years Outdoor Retailers in SLC. Hobie wont be using it in Portland. The Portland show will have 2 Hobie dealers with Kayak Shed and Next Adventure at different locations during the show. Look for Next Adventure's "new" much bigger location at this years Portland show. Kayak fishing is continuing to get HUGE in the Northwest. With Hobie in Washington adding 3(or is it 5) new local team members this year and kayak fishing seminars at all the major shows, kayak fishing is increasing everywhere. Fish ON!!!!
