It's not like I am just randomly posting it and spamming a forum.

Yes, it is.

I have been logged into that forum since ORC I just don't contribute there because this is my normal hang out. People sell stuff in the classifieds of our forum all the time for friends so I hope I don't see any I that again.

Two cases that I can think of that are different than this case.

1) People sell a random item for a friend that is looking to unload something they already have.  It's not the same to "manufacture" something for the express purpose of making a few bucks.  This is a non-business classified transaction.
2) People vouch for a friend that is manufacturing something for the general public as a business.  That business offers a discount to the site members and/or donate to site events.

In this case, you're making something that is kind of a one off an limited run, to sell to the this specific community (for the most part) in order to make some money.

Subtle difference, but enough for me to just ask that you don't do it.  These sites are not run for members to specifically make some money off each other in a sort of captive environment.

I hope you understand what I'm saying here.

Well my plan has always been to donate some shirts to NWKA for a future prize for a how fundraiser event. Just didn't want to put that because I really wanted people to buy a shirt based on my design and not that.

Btw I am also talking with this site about doing another run of a different design in which all proceeds will be donated. Oh and most of my "profit" from these shirts would go into purchasing those which I am giving away. 3 shirts m,l,Xl is $45 out of the $100 profit I would net from 20 shirts. It would have been nicer for you to pm me to sort that out and this could have not been a public discussion.

Ummmm ..... you never said that.  Here is what you said.

Hey so I am trying to make a little cash to get my car back on the road so that I can start fishing again

I did PM you after I deleted your post on NCKA.  You're the one that took it back public.

And that would be donating to NWKA.  NWKA is not NCKA.  Different communities.

You're a valued member of this (NWKA) community.  That's why you're able to offer these shirts to THIS community.  You're an unknown at NCKA.

I've worn my shirt a few times now and have received some good comments on it.  Thanks!

I'm also glad that HOW is getting some extra support.
