Those are some fancy jigs! They look like great Christmas tree ornaments. I don't think it would hurt to try them out.

Those are some cool looking jigs and a little spendy.  I would think they would work good.  Any time I get  a spendy jig I manage to lose it pretty quick.

I picked some up from Hoggs. Fished them 3 differant times.
I fished them from a boat with 5 others and they caught more lings than 5 of the 6 poles.

I realy like them.

I got a hold of a 5 pack at the ORC this year thanks to Mike at Hoggs Hardcore Tackle. I hooked into some nice lings and cabbies with the first three and have these two left. Check out the detail on the heads and these stingers under the skirts. They hold scent well too. You need to keep them high on the rocks though or you'll lose them.
Very fishy!

With those long stingers they look REALLY snaggy.

I'd be tempted to tie a tiny drop shot on the head eye with light mono hanging a few inches below the stingers. That way as it drifts along I can feel the bottom with the drop shot and keep the stingers out of the snags.

They are snaggy. I had issues with them in the net.

Here is a photo of my box of thunder jigs. You can see the one that is very well used.
Landed about 8 lings with it.
