Finally remembered the name of the silicone lubricant I've been using on my drysuits.  McNett

McNett Corporation

Bellingham, WA 98229-5845

I think they recently switched to a gray colored can, but I'm color-blind so it could be some shade of red or green that my cones don't process.

I"d like to revisit this thread since I now have a "new to me" stohlquist drysuit .

Has there been any additions or corrections to what people are using for Zipper Lube?

I'm not sure which version of zipper you have.  With the old school metallic zippers I used that McNetts stuff.  When I got my new suit it had a plastic zipper that came with a tube of TiZip lubricant (it's the brand that makes the zipper).  1 small dab of that stuff is AMAZING.  I'm not sure how it would work with the metal zippers, but worth a try.  Otherwise, stick to the spray on silicone.

With the spry silicone, do you hose it down or spray some on a rag and rub it on?

I spray some directly into the slide, then pull it till it gets sticky (couple inches if it's bad) then spray more, and repeat.  Once I have it where it will slide pretty decent all the way through, I spray some more in the slide, and give it a full a up/down 4 or 5 times.  If you lay the suit on the ground, put an old towel in it, and spray it while it's flat, it will keep it from getting all over the inside of the suit when you spray the slide.

The WD40 Silicone formula works ok too, and comes with a handy tube that makes it a little easier to get in the slide without making a mess, but the McNetts performs slightly better.
