Brian, isn't saline solution recommended for infections?

Yep I've been so desperate that I've even broken down and used the neti pot.  My wife is a big fan of the thing, but I'm still not convinced.  For those that don't know it looks like a little tea pot that you stick up to your nose and run sailine solution into and back out of your sinuses.
