Anyone launched at MeeKwaMooks or Cormorant Cove before?

Interested in hitting up some fishing spots nearby, don't want to make the long paddle from Don Armeni. I'm trying to google image/search to find out what the hand-carry launch is actually like (which, as i've found the hard way, can vary drastically from launch to launch). Any input would be much appreciated.

I live right by MeeKwaMooks and have launched there a few times. There is a long switchback ramp down to a set of stairs. The stairs can be hard if you're alone because they're steep and pretty eroded.

There are some other spots between houses a few blocks north but the beach is long and rocky so best to launch at high tide. I haven't tried by La Rustica where the beach is narrower mostly because it's usually backed up with driftwood.

Remember if you do launch at MeeKwaMooks there is a marine preserve right there and you can't fish between the last house on the north to the end of the park on the south. Luckily it's a pretty small area.
