I don't think my schedule will allow me to get out there.  Too much between kids, work, projects at home, etc.  Damn.

I will be out there Friday.  I suspect that with the good forecast for Saturday it will way more busy than I care to deal with that day.

I'll be on the 5:35 am Edmonds ferry if anyone else is coming from the Seattle side.

Nothing for me Friday.  I headed straight for the spot that I caught 2 halibut the week before but as soon as I got there the upcoming tidal change turned the water into a washing machine complete with whitecaps.  The current was suddenly cruising at 3 mph toward the middle of the strait from that point too.

There were 2 other members from this site with me and we tried to wait it out but after a while decided to just paddle to calmer waters and look for other places to fish.

Well, that's a drag. Next week's tides/current forecast looks much better, but who knows what the wind is gonna do.
