Hi,

I am heading with family and some friends to Lopez Island this weekend and am wondering what the fishing options are. We are camping at Spencer Spit State Park. Based on the regs it seems Lings, cabezon and halibut are open. Have not fished or kayaked around Lopez so any area suggestions are appreciated. Looks like shrimping is open in less than 200 ' (no spots). Thinking that Lings and Cabezon are my best options.

Everything you mentioned is out there. Shrimp are in abundance too especially at Lopez. The south end of Lopez is your best bet ;)
