About to have my first of 2 knee surgeries.  Hope to be able to get back on the water again before salmon are gone and before all yhe nice summer weather has left us

+1on the PT.  I had a replacement 3 years ago and the results were great.  Will need toget the other done soon. Best of luck. Ayne

Definitely focus on the PT.. I've had 2 knee reconstructions and 2 arthroscopes.   Best thing you can do is all the physical therapy and any extra exercises you can on your own.  Oh, and if you can get a "Nerve Block" along with the General anesthesia, do it.  The nerve block I was able to get on my last surgery was awesome.  The needle is huge but well worth any needle phobias you might have.
