Scott's #2 fish was a ling. Great conditions, but slow fishing. Congrats to the Top 10!

Don't feel bad they put my ling weight down in place of my cabby that was 10.5 but no issues they had a ton to do and not a lot of time to do it in.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.  --Mark Twain

Here's an article from the Lincoln County Dispatch on the ORC.

Woah! That's me! :) In spite of a few factual errors (lingcod vs. cabezon, did not limit, don't live in Salem) that's a nice little article. I like how they mention that we're raising money for a local charity, etc.

I think I understand what military fame is; to be killed on the field of battle and have your name misspelled in the newspapers.

At least they didn't misspell your name ;).  My kayak is in one of the photos but not my Selleck-esq visage.

I was amused at the article's repeated references to "professional anglers", but it was a good article overall. And my svelte physique did manage to make it in the background behind the blond in Jammer's pic, so that my name didn't make it in is just fine.
