   NFC Playoffs

        SEAHAWKS VS PACKERS

Finally about time for the game. All the hype --all the enthusiasm---all the way

         GO HAWKS
Life is short---live it tall.

Be kinder than necessary--- everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

Sailors may be struck down at any time, in calm or in storm, but the sea does not do it for hate or spite.
She has no wrath to vent. Nor does she have a hand in kindness to extend.
She is merely there, immense, powerful, and indifferent

Everybody's cheering for them in BC. One of the criticisms leveled at the NFL ( from jealousy i believe) by football fans here in Canada is that in comparison to the Canadian Football League play (3 downs), the NFL is predictable and therefore  somewhat boring. Today's game was as far from predictable as you can possibly get.

I'm not a huge sports fan.  Why pay someone do something exciting so I can watch when I can be doing something exciting myself?!?!?!  But in terms of a range of emotions, that game had a little bit of everything.

My biggest disappointment today is I have yet to read an article or see a story that really captured the intensity and the amazing plays that went down at the end. Like I said, I'm not a huge sports person but it had me sucked 100% into the game there at the end.  That never happens.
