Given that rivers are also closed, that means the fishing opportunity in this region is effectively zero.  Looks like i'll be coming down your way for springers!  Too bad I'm between kayaks :(

(I did just order a '15 outback, but it won't come in to the dealer til the end of march)

Saw that, bummer!

I've got a kayak for ya. Just come on down. Plus, the run doesn't really get going until early April so you should be fine with your new yak. That, or just bring your boat. ;)
