Kayak Truck rack with telescoping ends to help with loading and unloading. Adjustable to fit different size trucks.
Made by springcreek outfitter canoe accesories. Will hold up to #600. Has adjustable height and rubber feet  to protect truck sides.
Original price was $475 asking $275. I will try to post pictures if anyone is intrested. I had them on my tacoma but I put a shell on with yakima racks. Want to get saddles for it with this money, and locks. 8)

Hey FC-

I just happen to be in the market for a truck rack for my F150.    Is this a round bar system?  Can you send some pics out?

Thanks!

Pete

Pete, go to this web site and check it out. There is a better pic of what it look like on the car topper model. Picture that with legs. I will try to get some pictures of it on line for you to see.

As you can see from the middle picture that it has wings that pop out to help in loading and unloading. From this pic you can see that one of the racks got a little tweeked when the edge got caught on a tree at the camp ground. But it still clamps down good. I used it for a year after that happened.

Matt-

Thanks for the pics- these look like they will suit my needs.  One question- how do they mount?

Thanks!

Pete

They use a C-clamp device, the same kind they use for camper shells. I have a couple, 5 or 6, they need 8 total and they are about $8 each. So you would need to buy a couple. Let me know.

Hey Pete, are you still thinking about these racks? If you are and you want to wait I will haul them over to P.A. and you can come pick them up there. Or work out some kind of a deal, I have to pick up two kayaks that I bought from Allen over in the City. Let me know.
