My wife and I are ready to buy out first fishing kayak. Been looking at  Oceans Prowler big game 2.  Does anyone have one? Feed back?  The weight is 70 lbs with seat. 34'' wide and about 12' 6''.  Will also will use in slow rivers. And go out at the needles by haystack rock on small summer days. Would this kayak be to large for my wife? Any other kayaks you could  recommend.
    Thanks

I have one, bought it when they first came out. I think it's a great boat with about the best seat out there, super stable, paddles well for a wide boat, tracks excellent and the hatches don't leak at all.

Down side is it's rather heavy but it's made from pretty thick plastic, not a speed or fast yak but I'm usually not in a hurry to get anywhere.

I think it would work well on big water or the ocean....warf
