New member and new Kayak (Hobie Revo 13)

Hello All,

I have been looking around for a Kayak for the past year and half I've been on this site and the FB page checking out everyones setup. This weekend during Next Adventures blowout sale I was able to get a FY14 REVO 13 brand new at a great price. I am excited to get it rigged up and out on the water for springer season.

I live in the Portland/Lake Oswego area and have been a bank fisherman most my life. I chase Steelhead and Salmon year round traveling all over the coast and near the Columbia - I figured the next step in my fishing evolution was a Kayak that would help me access more water and give me more chances at tide water fishing, crabbing and the local springers on the Columbia and Willamette.

I am excited to join this group and can't wait to meet up with members on this forum and to slay some fish!!!!

Welcome! I should be getting be Revo13 this week too! Im hoping to catch a springer on the Willamette as well!!
