Korkers, awesome customer service!

I have been using the Korkers Chrome boot for 2 years now. Before that two other models that I wore out.  Last weekend, I noticed that the heel lock tab had broken. Since we were out in the field and they were still usable, I wore them through the entire day.

Yesterday, I called the company here in Portland and asked if they could be repaired. Nick didn't think so but had me bring them in. When I got there and handed him the boot, He took one look and said "That shouldn't of happened" and replaced them on the spot. Since I had used them for at least two years and the warranty has long since expired. I offered to pay for them . They would have nothing to do with that.

It means a lot to me when a company goes out of it's way to make good on their product. I will definitely buy their product again.

 btw. Their Studded Kling-on sole is an amazing and ecological replacement for felt soles.
