For those wanting to purchase a Halibut Rod, the JBER-Elmendorf BX has it on-sale for 47.50 (regular price 189.99).  People are walking out the door with 6 of them, and I bought two myself.  They had 10 left as of an hour ago.

Not sure how good these are, but for that price I'm not going to be picky.  Enjoy!

Good price for that rod.   Only slightly less than what they were originally priced at when they first began being manufactured in China.   I picked up a couple back then, and though they are China made, they've held up fine.   I am not fond of buying China though.
