Does anyone else yearn for a nice surface to clean fish when in remote locations or at a busy ramp? My SLF heard my cries and got me a http://wondertop.com for my birthday.

It's made of 201 stainless, measures 22" x 30", has a front lip to fit snug up against a tailgate or table top, and there's a depression to catch blood and juices. It comes with a cutting board, but I have a bigger one from Costco I'll use with it. I see myself using this setup prepping HOW lunches at events as well.

I paired it with Recretec table I found on CL. They are over in Corvallis and make some really nice stuff. I inquired how much a new table would be out of curiosity, but I never heard back, and for cleaning fish used is great. The table measures 53" x 28" x 40" high and folds in half to 14". The no slip mat I bought at West M. I put the legs in a paddle bag to minimize rattle, but I'm going to have to do better, it's still loud.

Do you have a killer mobile or outdoor fish/bird/game cleaning station? Here's a thread to show it off and give those interested in putting together their own some ideas.

That's a pretty sweet set up.  I may be adding the WonderTop to my list of potential Father's Day gifts that I hint at during the month of May.

I got mine at costco.  Adjustable height, solid flat surface.  It will replace the current fish table I have as soon as the legs give out.

I bought the same one, from the same company as Lee.

I've been using it for two seasons and couldn't be happier with it.  I like not having to use a secondary board to cut on.  I think it was only $28.

It sure beats the sawhorse with a plank on top I was using before.

+1 on the Cost Co table. I've been using a collapsible cleaning station, but not in love with it. I've cut on the Cost Co table before though, and it's mo better. I'll probably hock my current rig on CL soon and upgrade.

I use a door mat and the toolbox on my trailer. But I like what you got there.

I used to use a folding plastic table from Walmart with a cutting board on top of it to clean fish outside.  But my table didn't have adjustable-height legs like Lee's Costco table.  The disadvantage of a standard-height table is that it’s low, which makes it awkward to process fish while standing up at the table.  And I don’t want to sit down with my legs under a table which is dripping with fish goobers.

So I bought a large folding cutting board which is tall enough so I can use it comfortably while standing up. You can see the crossed folding legs through the hole in the board.  That's a 43-inch 24-pound pike on the board, which is 48" long and 18.5" wde.

This board is at a more comfortable height for cleaning fish while standing up.  (Actually, there is no such thing as kiss and release spearfishing).

I set the board up on the edge of my concrete driveway pad, so there is a level surface for the board to stand on, but I can periodically blast fish slime off the board and out into the lawn with a hose.

On road trips, I load all my fish processing equipment, including my vacuum packer, into a plastic storage box, so I can clean and process fish while on the road.  Then I buy dry ice to freeze the vacuum packed fish.  I used to freeze fish in water in zip-lock bags, but have come to like vacuum packing fish, both at home and on the road.

But it takes a while to collect all the stuff required to process fish, carry it outside, and set it up.  I'm thinking of making a cart with storage for all of my fish processing equipment which I can store in my garage, so I can just wheel it outside and start whacking.

Just got this for the outside station at the house. Stainless steel construction and bar table height.
