Hey everyone, I'm a Florida transplant to Alaska.  Brought me love for yak fishing up with me.  The cold water does take some getting used to, guess I need to invest in a dry suit.  Can't wait for a fun summer on the water!

Welcome!!!!!  Wait for summer?  Don't do that!!!! It'll be here and GONE before you know it!  Kayak fishing is a year round sport.,  I highly recommend a drysuit, and once you get one, I think you will find that summers are the most uncomfortable months to fish since you really should dress for water temps not air temps.

This the place I learned pretty much everything I know about kayak fishing.  I do have a slightly more southcenteral Alaska specific website at www.AlaskaKayakFisher.com
