Need a loaner 35 - 50 hp outboard for the weekend?

So a long story short I bought a 15ft Zodiac but the motor didn't come with controls. I have controls on order but want to see if anyone would be willing to loan/rent their 35 - 50 hp tiller. ...doesn't hurt to ask. Payment with beer or fish is optional

What do ya mean by weekend?  I have a four stroke 30HP in Kenai.  It hasn't been started in 5 years but there is no reason why it shouldn't work. I just hate having people's lives depend on something that I haven't used for so long. 

When are you going to Seward?  I doubt I can have it ready but maybe.

When does your motor get in?

By this weekend i mean this coming Saturday and Sunday.

 4 strokes are easy, usually after they sit it just needs new plugs, the fuel flushed out, and maybe the carb cleaned.  If you were willing to loan it I could do all that for you in 30 minutes.

My new parts will be in around next Wednesday

I won't know the condition until tomorrow. I know that makes for short notice. But I'll take a look.

Ok, I'd have no problem picking it up tomorrow and at the least getting it running for you.

It's in Kenai so I am not sure how to get it to ya.  Let me see if its even in ay shape to get it to ya....
