Is there a website online where I can find a topographic map of the ocean floor. Specifically the Oregon coast?

Another one:  http://maps.ngdc.noaa.gov/viewers/bathymetry/

Worldwide data set.  In the left-side panel, uncheck the box for the survey lines, and check the box for BAG bathymetry (hi-resolution 3d imaging where it's been done).  Then zoom in on the area you want to look at.  Parts of the coast are in BAG, parts aren't.  I don't know of a way to download the maps, but I have used printed screenshot for my locale...

The USGS maps from this site don't show the underwater (bathymetry) data, however...  That's under the NOAA purview, not the USGS.

Yeah, those are the actual navigation charts but no bathymetric data though, on that site...
