My wife and I just moved to Anchorage from Denver. We have never kayak fished before.  I have fished many areas of Alaska with charters and guides, but for the last 10 years or so, I have mainly been hitting the Kenai hard for reds, mixed with a halibut trip here and there. I got to save up for a hobie and all the gear, but in the meantime I just want to learn as much as I can from everyone here. I want to say thank you to kardinal_84 for directing me to this forum and for taking the time to make all those great YouTube videos. Rudy has definetely provided the spark and motivation for me to try this new sport!!

Welcome to Anchorage. I'm a huge Kayak fisher here in Anchorage. With the silvers hitting ship creek I'm at the mouth almost everyday in my kayak. Feel free to hit me up anytime for places to go kayak fishing or if you want to join. I'm always looking for someone to join me when I go to Whittier and Seward.

Thanks,
Kenneth
