Hello from Yelm, Washington

Hello my name is Joshua. I have lived in Washington/Oregon for most my life and love the Northwest. Fishing and the outdoors is a huge part of my life. I have been Kayak fishing once with a friend of mine and used one of his kayaks and absolutely fell in love with it. I have recently transitioned out of the Army after 10 years as a medic. I'm trying to get a kayak of my own but unfortunately money is going to be tight for awhile. I'm hoping to be able to get one in the next few months I'm trying to save some money and donate plasma for some extra cash so that I can buy my first kayak. I could use some advice on kayaks I wont have a lot of options but I'm looking for a 3-400 dollar kayak if anyone has any information or guidance I would greatly appreciate it. I hope that soon I can see you on the water.

ok cool ill look into heros on the water. It would be nice to meet some kayakers that are local unfortunatly i live in yelm and theres not much local to me. Ill have to keep an eye out for events around here. Ive been dying to get out in the nisqually basin for some flounder.
