Hi Guys! Anybody knows what is going on with Kraken 13.5? Looks like the model came out long time ago, there are some information on Jackson site and some videos/articles around the net, but I still never seen it in stores. Asked them on Facebook but looks like they do not carry about answering at all. Thank you in advance!

Have you contacted a Jackson dealer? Call The Kayak Shed, or Kayak Academy. Either should be able to answer your questions.

I will say that after owning, and/or paddling several Jacksons. I think the 15.5 Kraken is the only boat that has been worth a damn. Hopefully the 13.5 follows suit.

Polyangler - thank you! Yes, and it is exactly why I am waiting for it.

I have a new 15.5 and 13.5 on the way to me right now...I will be comparing them side by side and will make sure to post my experience here.

I love the 15.5 but it is pretty heavy which can be troublesome for longer, more technical approaches...

Hoping the 13.5 is a little lighter but doesn't lose too much in terms of paddling performance.

Will let you all know what I think FWIW.

 :)

Sincerely,

Jim
