Not hearing much reports on here. Either no one is kayak fishing or your not showing off your fish lol. Thinking about trying something new. Has anyone been fishing these? Or I guess anything on the coast as of recent? Otherwise I might be making a report soon.

I was just talking about Siuslaw. I'm thinking of that or the Coquille this Sunday.

Saw quite a few salmon caught on the Yaquina River for the U da Man tournament on October 10th.  Launch at Toledo boat ramp would be pretty easy, and that is some nice kayak water!  Or launch from South Beach Marina and go out towards the jetty.

Siuslaw has been tough this year, we have put just 7 in our PB, good numbers of fish at times but scattered in pods and not always on the bite.  coho came in early and not in great numbers this year.  lots of fish up the river (Mapleton) now but it has been real tough getting them to bite...

I have been regularly kayak fishing Siltcoos and putting SRC in the freezer, no coho in the lake as of today (10/15), just scattered SRC.

cheers, roger
