This has become a staple at my house. Great with jasmine rice or chow mein noodles. These aren't exact measurements

First off, marinate your salmon for about 6 hours. This is good for 2-4 servings. Adjust as needed.

Marinade:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. grated ginger
sesame seeds
green onions chopped
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar (optional)

Get your grill good and hot and sear the salmon flesh side down for a couple minutes. Turn it over skin side down and cook until desired doneness. When it's done slide your spatula between the flesh and skin. (skin stays on the grill)

Glaze: (brush on once fish is removed from grill)
siracha
honey
sesame seeds
soy sauce

Enjoy!
Fishing relaxes me. It's like yoga except I get to kill something.
