Still fishless in Homer, 11/22

Yup, blanked again. It was a perfect day on the water. Hardly any wind, barely any swells, temps above freezing. What more could ask for??? Maybe some fish!

I was making circuits halfway to the green can and back, covering 40-80 feet of water. A couple power boats showed up, made a couple laps and split. I guess I wasn't the only one getting skunked today.

That was it for me this year. Maybe I'll find the secret sauce in 2016!

argh. there should be fish. they should be  there. hmmm. worries me about my chances for november.

I wouldn't let *me* getting blanked discourage you too much. I don't know what I'm doing. I would worry a bit about the charter boats striking out. When Huntress came out of the harbor and set up right on top of me I thought it was about to be on like Donkey Kong. I have heard that boat's name thrown around as one that knows what it's doing.
