All the AOTY Fish

Since this is the week to take stock of goals from 2015 and plans for 2016, I'm sharing both of mine here. My main goal for 2015 fishing was to catch every available fish off the AOTY list while staying in Washington, and I was done with this goal when I got Chum in November. It was a good year for me with several new species that have been difficult to catch in past years. The image is all 22 species in Washington with a brown trout and bull trout tacked on. Bulls aren't legal to take so it stayed in the water but it was eating a 15" pike minnow off my line and was easily a 30" fish.

Now that I've done all I wanted to in the AOTY for the past 4 years I'm stepping aside and won't compete in 2016. Retired? Maybe. But 2016 at least won't show me at the top of the page. To those that will compete best of luck. And you'll need some real luck/time/skill to beat Snopro.

Those are some BIG shoes to fill!
