How do you haul your kayak ?

Hello. We have a Revo 13 and Revo 11. We have a Yakima rack on her Element, one inch round bar 50 inches long. I am 59 and its getting hard to lift them up there safely, esp cuz I'm a twinkie lol. I am seeing the experts here about pros and cons for saddle type seat or J hook.
I see saddles that dont look very sturdy like Yakima Maco and have thought of Malone J hooks with a ramp on edge.
I am open to recommendations . THANKS

Ok here's the original way I hauled my Big Tuna Malone seawing with slide out cradle.... Here's the way I haul it now , rack to be built after TLW is done being mad for how much I spent on it and I can pick up the metal
