Great weekend in homer

Saturday started with a decent limit of chickens and then went on to trolling kings fished most of the day with two take downs and finally got the third fish to stick forgot the net so had to rely on the boga grips.  The king was hooked good so finally got him in the yak nice 8lb fish so the day ended great. so Sunday my buddy lawngjohn came down hit the water a little after 9 went after halibut and both got limits pretty quick hung around with kardinal84 for a little bit and then went off trolling for kings but no love. But it was a great weekend with awesome weather also met some great people akrippin and mong907 and two other guys.

Great to hear that the bite is still on!  I wanted to go on Sunday but my body voted otherwise.  I slept through two alarms!  I guess I needed the rest after a week of being sick and staying up late Friday and Saturday nights.

Forgot to mention the big octopus you hooked into. That was pretty shocking to see that thing come to the surface.
