Another green can springer

This morning, I made the early shift and was on the water fishing by 6:30. Pressure was initially light but builded by 7:30 or so and still action had yet to commence on the proverbial "shelf." At just the right moment, while I was totally hemmed in on all sides by all my new and old acquaintances, my rod did that magic dance and then buried while I stared at it in dumbfounded amazement. (I have found that the more stupefied you are by a bite, the better the hookset). Then the negotiation of my boat through the fishing flotilla with a fish taking runs in all directions while I drifted back through the envy. It was priceless. After dropping the fish off in my cooler I came back and took a run down to the flats where I heard of but didn't witness any fish caught and then hit the green can again briefly and word on the street was that I was the lucky guy there this morning. Thanks fish gods!
Don't give up if no one else is catching fish. The fish gods love kayaks and people who don't give up. Keep a good attitude and enjoy the days you get to fish.
I don't know why the photo looks so weird so I will blame my on the scene cameraman.
