Good Day!!

I'm not a new kayak fishing but I am new to the Northwest.

I'm a Submariner who moved up here a few years ago but now have the actual time to fish!  Finally after years of being gone!  Been in the Navy for 22 years so I have a ton of stories to tell while fishing.

I have a Hobie Revo 13 but previously had a Malibu Kayak.  The Revo is definitely way easier for an old salt like me.

I have fished in Hawaii and San Diego area targeting Tuna, Yellowtail, Seabass and a variety of bottom fish.  I would love to join a few of you and learn how to fish the sound and possibly out in the ocean.  Not much experience here in these but I have targeted some Salmon, mostly pinks when they were here as a starter and some flat fish.  I realize thats not much of a challenge but it was good practice.

If anyone is willing to extend an invite I would love to join and meet new friends.

Thanks for reading.  Tight lines.

Welcome Denis

I am in Gig Harbor.  I mostly target Kokanee with occasional trips into the Sound in pursuit of Salmon.
I will be headed out to American Lake for Kokanee on Monday.  Don't know if you have a downrigger or not (fairly important for kokanee) but in any event you are welcome to come.  I will show you what I know of American (which will only take 15 min.) and the rest of the time you can fish! lol

Enjoy

I am no longer a dealer for Wavewalk but if you ever want to paddle one let me know!
