Anyone going be at WG this weekend?

I'd like to meetup with one ormore of yall if Icould get a time and place.  I seem to be missing launch times or places. Art

I'm heading down Thursday after work. First trip this summer and with my travel schedule it might be my only shot.

Spot forecast calling for some bigger water Friday.  Not so much Saturday,.  But the K bay forecast is odd.  3ft and Light winds.  It's supposed to blow pretty hard in other parts of Cook Inlet.  The larger waves than the normal for the wind speed predicted.  Could be one of those days where its going to be a little sportyu to get by the surf but not so bad once you get out...until byou have to come in. 

Current K-Bay buoy looks dead flat as does the webcams (http://homerwebcams.com/) even though the spot forecast is calling for 3 footers even near the spit.  A little confusing.  Not sure what to make of it.

I definitely want to hit WG but may need a back up plan. 

Me and the wife are on our way now!  Not too worried about the weather cause its gonna be good to just get out of town and camp.  See u guys there

Just got my camp set up.  Timed it perfect. Got to set everything up in pouring rain. Water looks nice though.

If you come to the Gulch I can hook you up with a cold beverage, or more likely, a hot one. I'm in the Nash trailer with a PA 14 under the awning.

How's the weather in WG?  Probably be there tomorrow morning.  Rainy here in Keni but the radar has homer being clear.

It's a little breezy and raining. Fishable now, but waiting for evening tide. Seems to be coming down. Forecast is good for tomorrow.
