Made it back from 12000mile rv trip with fishing in Ak, Wa and Or. I want to thank all my brothers who fished with me and helped make this trip a good one up til I hurt my shoulder. Sorry I missed coos bay and coquille with Roy and Dudi, hope I'm able to make at least one moretrip up north. Dont guess I'll try Ak again. Thanks to yall for everything. Art

Sorry you hurt your shoulder.  Was the injury fishing-related or something more mundane?

Dragging yak on wheels uphill at shipwreck, very mundane but I guess fishing related. Dumb ass mistake when wheel caught on rock and I jerked it with left arm. Prolly no problem for most folksbut 78 year old tendons dont work as well. Art

Wow........ 12000 miles. That's a lot of driving. I'm sure you got to see some beautiful country though.
It was really great to see you and have a short visit Art. I really wanted to go fishing with you either on the Willapa or the Colombia or both. But unfortunately , it wasn't in the cards this year. You did catch some salmon didn't you ? And maybe brought home some halibut from Alaska ? I sure hope so , for your sake.
Glad you made it home safe and sound . Now take a few days off to recuperate and get that much needed break. Take care of yourself my friend.
